2. Cancellation Policy

Once a subscription is purchased and delivered, cancellations are not permitted. Users are responsible for verifying all order details before completing the purchase.

3. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

Failed or Invalid Subscription: If the subscription details provided are invalid or do not work. If we are unable to deliver the subscription within 24 hours due to technical issues.

Duplicate Payment: In case of accidental duplicate payments, the extra amount will be refunded.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued if the subscription is delivered successfully, but the user changes their mind. The subscription is terminated due to a violation of the terms set by the original platform. Misuse or unauthorized sharing of the subscription details by the customer will also result in no refund.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, users must contact our support team at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account. Any disputes should be resolved by contacting our support team before initiating a chargeback.
